Leg Schedule At Home!!

Legs session is so enjoyable.

Exercises :-

1 -  squats " 4 * 25 "

2 - lunge " 4 * 25 " per leg

3 - standing calf raise " 4 * 25"

you can add weight if you want.

Perform this schedule 2 - 3 times a week.
